We just cut our social media usage by 75% without any effort.

60 days ago, I saw a post made by Royce Branning on throwing a no-phone party.
On that day, I decided to try the app that they built AKA clearspace and shared it with my friend Weiyi.
Today I got a text from him that we been using the app for 60 days.
Some feedback:
1. This app works REALLY well
2. It curbs your muscle memory to mindlessly scroll by warning you that you only have 1 or 2 opens left today - which challenges you to NOT open social media at all.
3. It helps you be more calm and reduces the dopamine rush by asking you to take a breath before opening social media.
If you hate your screentime, try an app like clearspace to reset your default behavior.
